Custom Workout Jackets for Training and Everyday Movement
A workout jacket needs to move with the wearer without feeling loose in the wrong places. Sleeve shape, shoulder room, collar height, and pocket position all affect how useful it feels during warm-ups, travel, and daily wear.
ZT Sportswear manufactures custom workout jackets for activewear brands and wholesale buyers. Send your intended activity and reference fit so we can discuss a jacket built around your customer.
Define the Fit Through the Shoulders and Sleeves
Specify chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, and hem measurements. Explain what will be worn underneath and whether the jacket should fit close or allow extra room.
Mark the collar, zipper, pockets, cuffs, thumb openings if required, and any ventilation panels. Include front and back drawings so the pattern, seam routes, and artwork can be reviewed together. Check reaching and arm movement during sampling.

Send Your Workout Jacket Specification
Share the activity, wearer, size chart, fabric preference, and construction references. Include pockets, closures, artwork, labels, and quantities by color and size. Tell us the destination and which fit details the sample should address.
Develop the Jacket Through Fit and Movement
Your sample should show how the garment works over the intended training layers.
1- Review the training brief
Discuss the wearer, activity, conditions, layering, and desired fit. Identify the construction details that matter most to your customer. We ensure a quick response: within 24 hours for inquiries received outside office hours and within an hour during office hours.
2- Agree on measurements and panels
Confirm the body, sleeves, collar, pockets, cuffs, and openings. Mark seam routes and any ventilation or adjustment details.
3- Review materials and pricing
Discuss fabric feel, stretch, zippers, trims, decoration, and labels. Review the quotation against your full quantity breakdown.
4- Assess the jacket sample
Check reaching, arm movement, closure, collar comfort, and pocket access. Review the sample against the measurements and wearing brief. After the samples are produced, they are shipped to the customer via DHL and typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days. If there are any mistakes on our part, we will remake the sample based on the feedback and seek customer approval through an iterative process.
5- Approve the final specification
Record fit and construction changes. Confirm materials, colors, artwork, and labels before the bulk production order.
6- Review the finished details
Check seams, zipper operation, cuffs, pockets, hems, and decoration against the approved garment and artwork.
7- Confirm packing and shipping
Agree on size identification, folding, presentation, and grouping. Confirm the delivery destination and shipment arrangements.
Flexible Workout Jacket Quantities
Our workout jacket orders use flexible quantity arrangements and volume-based pricing. Fabric, panels, pockets, closures, and decoration influence the quotation alongside the total order.
Send the breakdown by style, color, and size. Confirm sampling, production, and shipping details against your specific jacket rather than relying on a general product description.
As per our company policy, there are no strict MOQ requirements. Customers can place orders in any quantity, whether 50, 100, or over 1,000 units.
Choose Fabric Around the Jacket's Job
A close-fitting stretch jacket needs a different fabric discussion from a loose warm-up layer. Consider weight, feel, recovery, coverage, and the clothing worn underneath.
Our workout fabric conversation can include polyester, nylon, spandex blends, and other options according to the design. Review the material with the pattern and trims on the sample. Identify any specific tested performance requirement separately before production.
Decoration Positioned Around Active Panels
Send artwork showing the chest, sleeve, back, or hem placement you want. Zippers, pockets, panel seams, and areas of stretch can limit the useful decoration space.
We will discuss printing or embroidery against the selected fabric. Review the finish on the sample and check how it looks during movement, particularly on close-fitting sleeves or body panels.
Private Labels for Your Jacket Range
Include neck labels, size information, care details, hang tags, and branded trim requirements. Label placement should suit the collar and internal seam finish.
Tell us whether the jacket is sold alone, with matching trousers, or as teamwear. Packing and identification can be discussed around that format so the finished order supports your stock and distribution process.
